Beverage Flavors Sales Rep

As a key member of the North American Sales team, the Account Executive is primarily responsible for
maximizing sales performance and growth in the assigned territory. Our corporate growth objectives include
sales expectations to deliver double-digit growth over previous year’s sales. The duties of this role include
territory leadership to achieve growth objectives through strong relationship, contact and opportunity
management.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience and/or training;
• Work Experience: 3 plus years of selling flavors or key ingredients to the food and beverage industry;
experience in the alcohol segment is a plus;
• Strong relationships skills across both technical and procurement professionals are essential;
• Individuals should be highly motivated, self starters who are forward thinking problem solvers with
excellent contacts and strong work ethics;
• Strong communication and strategic selling skills are a necessity;
• The position typically requires >60% travel and is home-office based.

This position reports to either the Director of Sales and/or the VP of Sales and directly interfaces with Customer,
Customer Care, Marketing, Application Managers and Scientists, Flavorists, Business Unit Directors,
Regulatory, Revenue Generation Coordinators and other Account Executives.
